    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance-free incinerator which maintains a hot combustion and a residence period, makes exhaust emission pollution-free, saves on energy, and saves on a power by using the promotion of the mixing of incinerated matter with combustion air in combination with a proper reaction of water gasification in incineration of industrial, medical and general wastes.
      SOLUTION: 1. This vertical incinerator formed of an inner tube and an outer tube comprises a multiplex multi-stage swing in-furnace combustion system and a controllable air introducing system to maintain the hot combustion and the residence period by high-pressure and high-temperature air.2. The vertical incinerator performs an inflammable thermal decomposition and an effective water gasification reaction by pre-mixing steam produced by the effective heat recovery from exhaust emission with the high-pressure and high-temperature air to promote combustion and make pollution-free.3. The vertical incinerator reduces extra air and saves on energy by the synergistic effect.4. The vertical incinerator prevents the inner tube from being burned out by water and air and reduce a maintenance cost.5. The vertical incinerator saves on a power by increasing the efficiency of an operation by the remote control of ignition and start operations.
